Content Filtering Specialist · Review URL’s Submitted by Customers – Both via a database and ticketing system, receive requests for review from customers to review content regarding specific URL’s. Make the determination to block or allow the specific content based on customer direction or feedback. · Outbound Communication – Contact customers via e-mail to inform them of filtering requests. Manage and document responses from customers and fulfill requests. · Strong Customer Advocate - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by directly resolving or escalating issues for customers. · Documentation – Document all customer communication and changes made to the filtering platform · Troubleshooting – Provide basic troubleshooting if a URL is unable to be blocked or allowed. Experience and Requirements: · 1 - 3 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical call center role, resolving issues through interactions over the phone, ticketing system and through email. · Experience with successfully trouble shooting browsing issues desired. Experience with all PC & MAC browsers is preferred. Experience with website design or HTML languages is a plus. · Must excel at customer service and requires a strong dedication to putting the customer first and providing prompt support and complete resolutions · Good writing skills and ability to type 35 wpm.
