Job Description: Web Development Tech Lead/Solutions Architect Experience 10+ years Introduction: The position is within Global Capital Markets Operation Technology. Global Capital Markets and Operations Technology focuses on automating and modernizing back office platforms, while implementing and leveraging cross product shared services opportunities. The group includes Capital Markets Operations Technology; Information Services Group; Client Investment Research & Analysis, Banking, and Consulting Services. As part of a new initiative we are creating a central Datawarehouse integrating data from over hundreds of operational systems from across the globe, enrich them with golden master data and produce actionable metrics. The solution is delivered via a data portal/Analytics platform built using cutting edge technologies to help reduce overall risk exposure to the Firm, increase balance sheet capacity and ultimately increase net income. It also opens up opportunities to improve productivity and increase overall operational efficiency. Key Requirements: - Extensive Experience in designing and developing financial dashboards, portals and large scale intranet applications. - Strong Java/J2EE background (Servlets, JSP, JSTL, JDBC, JMS) - Extensive experience using web framework particularly Spring. - Proven knowledge of ActionScript 3.0 and experience in application development using the Adobe Flex frameworks .i.e., Cairngorm, PureMVC etc. - Good knowledge in AJAX, JSON and Web 2.0 technologies. - Kowledgable in HttpServices, Remoting and Webservices . - Familiarity with open source libraries like FlexLib, Any Charts etc. - Experience in Ant/Maven, Log4J, JUnit, Weblogic Application Server and Eclipse. - Experience in ORM too like Hibernate and caching solution like Coherence and Ehcache. - Knowledge of SQL and databases (Oracle) - Experience working in Linux and UNIX environment. - Worked in Team Lead/Tech Lead role for at least last 3 years.
