HR Business Analyst
Job Description: Responsibilities (including but not limited to): • Perform business analysis for HR, serve as the lead on various cross-functional projects or system changes in PeopleSoft HRMS. This includes creating and performing user testing, acceptance testing and implementation plans. • Working closely with Business IT and HR Operations staff on all HR systems issues, communicate priorities, and ensure the appropriate application changes are made in a timely manner and communicated to HR staff • Prepare ad-hoc custom reports from the PeopleSoft system in response to external and internal requests • Provide support to HR Operations team • Responsibilities involve working with the following systems: PeopleSoft Human Resources/Payroll, Taleo Business Edition, Workforce Timekeeping Software • Implemenat new system enhancements, business processes and report using query • Maintain HR website using Microsoft Expressions • Gather information through client feedback, personal and user testing, user observations, user surveys, focus groups and organizational experts that assists programmers to develop supportable, easy to use applications and servides. Qualifications: Required • Ability to work on multiple projects efforts concurrently • Ability to prioritize and perform work effectively with minimum direction in a complex, diverse environment with rapidly changing priorities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to effectively collaborate in a team environment • Demonstrated strong orgainizational skills
