Entry Level Computer Tech/Help-desk Support Needed!
We are looking for an Entry Level Computer Technician who is ready to bring their skills and knowledge to a TOP research company. The Company provides nearly 2 million square feet of laboratories, test facilities, workshops, and offices. If you're looking for a great opportunity to utilize your skills and gain experience match your background with the requirements below. Job Duties: * Support installation, maintenance, operation and upgrade of computer hardware, software and network components. * Contact vendors for hardware and software support. * Document work. Education & Experience: * 2 years related experience. * High school education or GED. Technical certifications preferred. * Strong customer support attitude. * Commitment to standard computer security practices, including password protection. * Commitment to procedural compliance. * Strong documentation skills * Good attention to detail. * Good oral and written communication. * Able to work professionally with service vendors, supervisors and co-workers. This position works M-F and the hours are going to be either 8:00am - 5:00pm or 12:00pm - 9:00pm. This position pays up to $15.00 hourly. This is a long term temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.
