The systems engineer will work on facilities engineering systems for existing heat treat systems and for creating new systems for upcoming facility installations and expansions. The engineer will design and implement system layouts, piping, fluid movement, cooling system, air movement, and other related systems according to budget for multiple facilities. Work Environment: A successful team member in Systems Engineering Team should be interested in working on a wide variety of projects and using a wide variety of engineering skills. Daily activities range from designing, quoting, and implementing piping systems, pump systems, air control systems, cooling systems, and other facilities functions. The engineer will have to organize their work and time to serve many different projects on a daily basis. Flexibility to handle new samples and new situations is a key to success. Requirements: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing 3+ years experience working in facilities engineering related environment Experience with piping systems for oil, gas, water or air Experience with cooling systems Experience and proficiency using AutoCAD 2009 or later to develop drawings Proficient with utilization of Microsoft Products Familiar with Microsoft Project and Pro Engineer or Wildfire software Leadership, self started, communication and interpersonal skills Working with a team Project coordination - scope development, drawing development, cost estimating, timelines Ability to think critically and use good judgment Provide clear oral and written communication to team members Manages own work time and may have multiple job activities occurring simultaneously Prioritizes work according to the changing needs of the team.
