Skills: Testing experience, Clear Quest, Project Coordinator experience  • Working with Tech Opps to reach out to Regional Product Mgrs for Beta Participants. • Picking Beta sites and notification of “accept/non-accept” selection into beta program. • Working with Client Legal & Beta Account Teams on legal document execution. • Working with Product Mgt on completion of Beta Test Plan. • Working with Program Management to determine unit allocation. • Helming weekly calls with TAs throughout Mechanical Alpha & Application Development prior to Beta and throughout duration of beta program. • Managing weekly beta meetings and attending program team meetings. • Confirming issue resolution process with TAC, Engineering and ClearQuest Teams. • Working with Solution Center, TA and Functional Leads for “HOT” during Beta training & development of agenda for same. • Managing weekly Beta issue bug scrubs. • Analysis of Beta Program with Team and reporting results to Sr. Management in Close out Meeting. • Completion of Beta Test Report.
