Outside Sales Rep
Great client in DEER PARK! Great Contract!! General Accountabilities The account representative must have the ability to interface with customers in a professional, persuasive, and trained manner. Proficiency with residential energy conservation principles, technology and applications will be helpful. Extensive knowledge of program benefits and details are imperative to drive recruitment – training included. Competitive commission structure available based on enrollments and additional bonuses per revolving highlighted products. Candidates must have an outside sales background and a passion for sales. Conduct proven effective outside sales and lead generation process activities to drive enrollments and participation in the program Detailed and accurate sales funnel tracking through Excel reporting and eventually a CRM tool Coordinate with office administration to ensure smooth integration of scheduling and field implementation logistics. Drive and achieve predetermined participation goals in terms of lead generation, qualifications and enrollments. Responsible for meeting outreach activity, activity reporting, and enrollment goals as set by Account Supervisor/Program Manager Track and analyze lead quality and reasons for enrollment or dismissal. Perform field resolutions of customer complaints as necessary Perform field sample installations/education sessions as necessary Participate in on-going training as necessary Ensure that all safety, quality, and customer service standards are being met and practiced. DESIRED EDUCATION Technical or 4 year college degree in related preferred, but not required 3 years related outside sales experience MUST HAVE: Strong organizational and communication skills a must Prior outside sales experience a must Attention to detail and accurate activity reporting a must Prior property management and/or multi-family leasing experience strongly desired Prior experience with energy supply programs or utility related projects a plus Strong computer literacy and excellence; Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and basic CRM software Ability to work in non-traditional work environments including outdoors in inclement weather required Ability to work outside of traditional work hours, including evenings and weekends as needed –minimal but required.
