ADABAS Technical/Database support for upgrading ADABAS DBMS to Version 8.2.4 on IBM Z/os platform and upgrading ADABAS Online System(SYSAOS) to 8.2.4 Years of Experience: 10 plus years Education:4 year college degree or equivalent technical study Role Description: Install new releases of ADABAS and ADABAS related software; Manage and administer ADABAS environments; Create and execute the processes to create new ADABAS systems; Maintain ADABAS applications providing backups, recoveries, and disaster recovery; Monitor space utilization for all ADABAS databases, Logs, etc; Monitor ADABAS database fragmentation and perform reorgs when required; Design and redesign ADABAS databases; Work with all areas of OIT to facilitate successful completion of established goals; Daily core-hour on-site presence and on-call availability during off hours.
