Reports to: Client Project Manager/PMO Lead REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVES): ·         Bachelor’s Degree ·         Proficient in Standard Microsoft Business Software Packages ·         Basic Understanding of Critical Path Methodology ·         Basic Understanding of Project Control Processes ·         Demonstrated Ability to Execute Project Control Technology ·         Professional Communication Skills (Both Written & Verbal) ·         Basic Scheduling Software Skills (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) ·         Ability to Learn More Advanced Project Management Skills HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: ·         Project Management Experience with a Minimum of 1 Year Experience in Project Planning Role Using Critical Path Methodology ·         Proficient Scheduling Software Skills (e.g. Primavera, MS Project) ·         Manufacturing Process/Work Experience (Product Development, Operations, 6 Sigma, etc.) NICE TO HAVE/BONUS: ·         Primavera Database Administration ·         Project Management Professional (PMP® or CAPM®) Certification ·         JAVA/SQL Programming and/or Macro Development Experience ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS: ·         We prefer candidates that have worked on projects for 1-2 years utilizing a structured planning and control process utilizing the critical path methodology.
