* Experience with systems development methodologies, definition, systems design and systems testing * Experience with eCommerce IT projects serving as Business Analyst or related role. * Experience and knowledge of relational databases, SQL, Java, .NET, etc. * Experience and knowledge of online retail in the publishing industry a plus * Should be familiar with online shopping and checkout processes. * Have a thorough understanding of how back-end and web-based systems interface with each other. * Experience with Mercury Quality Center (or similar defect tracking system) is desired. * Knowledge of WebSphere a plus * Should have experience working with third party vendors with a deep understanding of systems integration.
