Customer Service Representative
Job Description: Our customer, a leader in the financial industry with locations from coast to coast, is searching for Customer Service Representatives. This opportunity is a contract position. This is a global Fortune 100 Company, and a foot in the door has the possibility to open additional opportunities. Position Details: Answer customer questions regarding problems with their accounts. Resolve customers' service or billing inquiries. Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules, based on customers' financial situation. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems. Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Kennesaw, GA Hours: 8am-5pm Pay Rates: $11/hr Length: 6-8 months Job Description: There will likely not be a very high volume need for this Customer Service role at this time but this group is considering the MSP channel for the future so volumes have the potential to increase. For now, looking at a potential 40 in Kennesaw, Georgia. . Note: this Enterprise Estate Units (EEU) group is apprehensive in engaging contingent staff so the focus here must be quality. Expected hours: 40 hours per week, 8 am – 5 pm potential need for occasional OT. Minimum qualifications: Required Experience/Qualifications: One year customer service experience, preferably in financial services (collections experience can be considered) One year of call center on-phone experience Proficient in Microsoft office suite Excellent verbal / written communication skills Strong customer focus & effective problem solving skills Focuses on servicing the customer by demonstrating a sense of integrity, urgency, dedication, courtesy, accuracy and efficiency Works well in a relationship-based environment; manages relationships within the internal department and with business partners Ability to thrive fast-paced, changing, time-sensitive, changing environment Delivers high-quality, error-free work by paying close attention to detail How to Apply: Click on the “Apply Now” to be considered for this position or any other mortgage related opportunity with Adecco.
