Job Description: Our customer, a leader in the financial industry with locations from coast to coast, is searching for Customer Service Representatives. This opportunity is a contract position. Position Details: Answer customer questions regarding problems with their accounts. Resolve customers' service or billing inquiries. Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules, based on customers' financial situation. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems. Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Kennesaw, GA Hours: 8am-5pm Pay Rates: $11/hr Length: 6-8 months Job Description: There will likely not be a very high volume need for this Customer Service role at this time but this group is considering the MSP channel for the future so volumes have the potential to increase. For now, looking at a potential 40 in Kennesaw, Georgia. . Note: this Enterprise Estate Units (EEU) group is apprehensive in engaging contingent staff so the focus here must be quality. Expected hours: 40 hours per week, 8 am – 5 pm potential need for occasional OT.
