Project Construction Coordinator
Immediately HIRING 2 Project Coordinators for San Antonio, TX market. Responsibilities: The Project/Construction Coordinator will coordinate with the Project Management group. They will track down work orders and maintain general contractors Attend meetings, compile meeting minutes Assist Project Management with tracking, updating and reporting on project related activities Update and maintain technical databases and generates reports Track and compile project information and prepares status reports for management Review and reconcile project issues at the request of the Project Manager Assist Project Management as needed Skills Needed: Windows 7 Organization within Outlook/Emails Microsoft Office: Word and Excel (i.e. Pivot Tables and Excel functionality such as V-Lookups) Experience maintaining project trackers Experience processing purchase orders Experience in Norad a plus Data entry into Oracle is a plus Telecom (wireless or wirelines) experience is a plus Must have good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment Requirements: 1-3 years work experience Education High School or Equivalency Two year business degree or bachelors degree preferred Must possess basic understanding of project methods and processes- junior PM's welcome to apply! Must possess good project tool skills Purchasing type experience is desirable
