IT – Microsoft Windows Administrator Microsoft Windows Server Administrator with minimum 5 years’ experience.   Experience supporting a diverse and large server environment (1,600 servers). Major Responsibilities Include: •               Scheduling Microsoft Security Patches, •               Applying Windows security patches in accordance with the Security Patch SOP. •               Notification to clients of Patching schedule and the ability to communicate and coordinate schedule changes if needed in a professional manner. Other Responsibilities: •               Installing Microsoft Windows OS, and supporting software such as Tivoli, TSM or designated backup software, Trend, Diskeeper, PDI, Remotely Anywhere, etc. •               Working with customers on server problem resolutions. •               After hours on call support rotation, Break/fix resolution for all hardware and software supported. •               Insuring Asset Center information is kept up to date. •               Completing HW/SW system process. •               Ordering hardware / software through our internal tracking system (HW/SW system). •               Receiving hardware, racking and cabling hardware.
