Document Analyst
Job Description: A large federal government healthcare agency in Baltimore, Maryland is seeking several full-time analysts to provide operational support activities for existing programs; the Physician Quality Reporting System and the eRx program. These positions are for a long-term, temporary contract. Responsibilities (Duties include, but may not be limited to): - Review hardship/ informal review requests for validity and completeness; request additional information, - Make recommendations for approval or denial of hardship/ informal review - Track hardship requests/ informal review and supplemental information - Provide reports on hardship/ informal review status - Send final decision notifications to requestors Requirements: - Positions require a Bachelor’s Degree - 3-5 year experience in customer service setting - Experience working independently - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Work and produce within strict deadlines Perks: Paid federal holidays, two weeks paid vacation after one full year of continuous service, access to healthcare and 401K plan.
