Java Programmer Responsibilities include: Assist with Unit and other development testing. Meet, discuss, schedule, prioritize, and document project objectives Conclude any issues, if existing, resultant from previous releases. Provide help, software development, testing, support, and quality assurance Qualifications include: Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring, Oracle High quality documentation must be produced throughout the effort All new features are to be designed, implemented, tested, and 100% complete by September 30th, 2012 Java/J2EE development and database activities will be done with adherence to the client's based application development, database and middleware guidelines and standards Transition plan will be started at the commencement of work and progress reviewed at each project monitoring meeting Project hours, per team member, communicated to the technical project lead on a weekly basis All project source code will be version controlled via TeamForge Batch processes will be implemented via Control^M/ECS Ability to set up continuous integration and testing (preferably with Hudson) Jquery/JavaScript experience Ability to write JUnit tests Ability to set up Selenium test suite Develop Selenium regression tests.
