Kforce is seeking Entry-level Help Desk Associates for a Canton, Massachusetts client to support telephone and email help desk issues for mobile applications and gift cards for a retail company. The candidate will engage with clients via email and telephone. This person must be able to provide Entry-level support utilizing excellent customer service skills.
