Position Title: Windows Administrator Job Description/Responsibilities: Opportunity for a strong Windows Administrator candidate. You will have a large impact acting as a senior level Windows Administrator within our client*s global environment. Your primary role will involve installation and configuration of enterprise servers at remote site locations. Responsibilities include Provide cost estimates for hardware and labor on a per project basis. Coordinate server installation at remote locations. Build servers to include OS installation, applying security and corporate standards, backup configuration, and asset management recording. Automate common server build tasks using BMC blade technology. We are looking for a Windows Administrator Consultant with the following skills: 3- 5years of experience working as a Windows System Administrator with professional experience in the following: TCP/IP DNS DHCP Internet fundamentals. Windows Operating System configuration and installation. Troubleshooting server management. Supporting enterprise servers. Engineering enterprise servers The Windows Administrator candidate for this position must be enthusiastic, flexible, realistic - and easy to work with. Successful candidates are team-players that are self-directed. The ideal Windows Administrator candidate for this position would have experience with (Ferguson will provide supplementary training to a Windows Administrator looking to build or enhance skills with the following): Experience in other Microsoft Management technologies, including Active Directory services (AD) Compensation: We offer competitive compensation and benefits (including $.60/$1 401K match, 4 weeks PTO, profit sharing or bonus opportunities, health, vision, dental, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, paid overtime etc.), and an annual training allowance that includes an in-house training program designed to keep your skills sharp.
