Position Overview: Support the management of documentation – this will include: • Follow-up with about 15 individuals on the progress of their documentation. • Support integrating documentation into the SharePoint PIMS system. • Ensure that SharePoint is set up with the right read and read-write access for COF India, China and US. • Format documentation in standard format as necessary. • Create and manage the approval workflow for documentation. • Ensure sign-off of all documentation. Manage training. There are about 70 training modules for IT, and it is necessary to follow-up with the trainers and trainees on the progress of training. Activities will include: • Follow-up with trainers and trainees on progress on training, including obtaining feedback on the quality of training • Ensure training has been signed off on formally • Ensure training is aligned with the documentation Desired technical and interpersonal skills include: • Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint knowledge; some Access and Microsoft Project a plus. • Good verbal ability. • Good relational skills. • Engages people, and obtains commitment. • Persistent. • Flexibility with time – may be required to make calls at 5 or 6 AM.
