Position Description... Specific requirements Must have extensive experience with Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 on Windows XP. Must have experience with Socket/network programming, Multi-threading, Win32 API. Must be able to perform crash memory dump debugging, memory leak profiling. Must be able to debug and fix multi-threaded application with hard to detect issues. Experience with MS Visual C++ 2010 is a plus. General requirements The Senior Applications Developers are individual contributors to the development or modification to system applications. Incumbents define customer requirements at operational levels and translate these requirements into computer language to develop or modify system applications. These individuals analyze existing programs, formulate logic for new systems, devise logic procedures, prepare flow charts, code, document and test/debug programs. In addition, the Senior Applications Analyst/Programmer assesses available technologies, and identifies causes of system applications problems to develop system application solutions that solve business problems and meet customer needs.
