We require a booking system that we can use on multiple websites and earn a commission from each booking. There are 3 users in this system. Administrator who owns booking system. Clients who offer and receives the bookings. Customers who makes bookings. The booking system should run on our host but be easily embedded on our clients websites with the use of iframe or javascript. We should be able to create profiles for each new client. We would like to be able to specify a commission % for each new client on the system. The system is specifically for outdoor activities and tour companys. Each client can add there own activity, tour or lesson types, available dates, prices and forms that they require filling in. Clients receive all booking notifications by email and can also view list of bookings in the backend of the booking system. Clients will have a record of customers email addresses and names which can be downloaded easily for use in newsletters. Administrator can view a list of Clients and certain report data like best selling client, total commission earned etc and have the ability to access the clients accounts to add/remove activitys, tour or lesson types, change prices, alter commission %, view customers and emails, remove or suspend clients account, change paypal or login details. Customers are presented with an easy list of items that can be booked, they can choose an item, specify details, receive total price and book online.
