Please note this is a 5 month contract position. Sr. Business Analyst with 5-7 years of experience in writing functional specifications for complex web based marketing enterprise applications. Experience with requirement traceability. Support QA team to identify, define and create test scripts based on business requirements. Execute test scripts. Support the business to develop UAT test plan and scripts; support UAT execution. • Works collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to research and elicit, analyze, validate and document business requirements, and to ensure that those requirements clearly reflect true business needs, correctly representing all stakeholders. • Translates business needs into system/ application requirements and project components to help determine solutions to business problems. • Act as a liaison between client and technical solutions/ support groups, using advanced communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate client requirements. • Document requirements, and translate into proper system requirements specifications. • Proactively identifies and manages changes to requirements and identify risks for clients. • Effectively manages client’s expectations. • Strong Analytical skills. • Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with internal technical staff as well as external vendors or customers. • Excellent documentation skills, including creating functional requirements documents, use cases, and high level design documents required.
