Our direct client is looking for a Production Support Analyst Candidate will serve as Technical Lead and manage the application supporting technologies for the production support team. Ability to review the design and development of existing and new Clinical IT applications prior to production implementations to ensure application stability and performance. Evaluates project status and resource utilization and implements changes to improve the team's effectiveness. May coordinate with other managers to plan and integrate solutions across technologies. Successful candidate should have demonstrated ability to mentor technical resources and provide guidance to staff. Required Skills: Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Desired experience in a Mid-Range Platform (JAVA,LINUX,UNIX, AIX), Websphere application, Oracle DB, Windows Desktop, E-commerce/EDI. MULE and Autonomy Livesite a PLUS Capable of driving decisions specific to meta-data and configuration concepts Experience creating utilities to manage business processes & configuration Capable of negotiating successful delivery with business leads Comfortable negotiating and presenting to IT and business executives Capable of driving alignment across the technology organization Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline strongly preferred, typically ten or more years of solid, diverse work experience in IT with a minimum of five years experience application program development, or the equivalent in education and work experience.
