No EB2 Processing Description: · Work experience of around 12-15 years, at least 7 years in a lead role · Proven project, task and people management skills · Proven teamwork skills, experience working in a global team environment is a plus · Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff. · Responsible for planning, processing and performing all jobs in an efficient manner with minimal assistance from the supervisor · Fully participate in the requirements, design, and implementation phases of project development. · Lead the technology solution development process and guide the technical design and programming activities of other developers. · Follow all current engineering processes thoroughly · Responsible for analysis of current software including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem areas, and designing solutions. · Ability to solve problems quickly and completely. · Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment. · Participate in development of long range planning for new projects and facilities. · Analyze, design, coordinate and supervise the development of software to meet customer needs · Analyze customer needs and translate system requirements to task specifications for junior programmers. · Maintain client databases, cleanup and configuration as needed · Participate in internal as well as external documentation and release notes configuration · Test new features to ensure that logic and syntax are correct, and that program results are accurate; assists junior programmers with programming assignments. · Does code review to ensure code is completed, all requirements are met and passes functional testing · Provide assistance to QA and support personnel as needed to determine system problems. · Review, to the extent possible, changes in code and the environment that will affect system behavior and performance. · Provide recommendations to supervisor concerning issues of programmer productivity and software development management. Technical: · Around 12-15 years' experience developing n-tier, mission-critical transactional applications using industry-strength middleware, and relational databases. · Over 12 years of experience building front and back-end applications using Java/J2EE, Frameworks, Multiple platforms · Experience with product requirements, design and development · Strong working knowledge of Sun Java technologies, XML, Hibernate, OOP concepts. · Experience developing web applications using Java/J2EE, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax · Experience with Hibernate ORM framework · Demonstrated ability with Oracle, DB2, MySQL · J2EE, Experience with large scale deployments, system design and development, clustering, performance tuning, security background Hudson IT serves as a trusted resource for clients seeking high-quality technology professionals and IT solutions.
