Ms Access Reporting Analyst Wilmington, DE MS Access Reporting Analyst Location: Wilmington, DE Duration: 06+ Months Rate: Negotiable/hour Interview: Telephonic MS Access, Excel and Basic reporting knowledge Job Responsibilities: Expert level knowledge of MS Access (ability to troubleshoot MS Access elements – tables, queries, macros, reports) Intermediate level knowledge of MS Excel MS SQL knowledge preferred Good oral & written communication skills Ability to quickly obtain knowledge around the process of running and generating the reports Good analytical skills Detailed oriented Responsibilities: Obtain through knowledge transfer (KT) & cross training the necessary steps to independently run the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting process Perform the necessary daily maintenance and file uploads into the reporting databases so that the weekly/monthly/quarterly processes run without any issues Generating & distribute according to service level agreements (SLAs) the Credit Deal Pipeline reports every Tuesday to a pre-defined distribution list Generating & distribute according to service level agreements (SLAs) the Mortgage & Credit center reports every Saturday to a pre-defined distribution list Address in a timely manner any and all ad-hoc requests as well as answering any user inquiries resulting from the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly generated reports
