Primary Purpose: Technology expert is responsible for the SAP Configuration and development requirements. Technical Analyst will be expected to lead small to midsize projects, coordinating the efforts of a project team. Technical Analyst will also be expected to participate in system SAP FICO / Bank Analyzer configuration, new development and testing efforts. Analyst should have strong knowledge of departmental procedures and standards, as well as various technologies utilized by the department. Departmental procedures and standards should be adhered to when performing assigned tasks. The Technical Analyst will interact with the client community and therefore should possess good oral and written communication skills for designing, documenting, implementing, tuning, enhancing, and debugging complex technology solutions that satisfy business needs. Provide system design, business process analysis and design support for developing solutions for interfacing business and computer application systems. Develop or modify procedures to solve complex business problems considering client needs, process analysis, design, simulation, application capabilities and industry requirements. Should possess the competency to perform as a technical manager and to lead work on all phases of systems analysis up to the enterprise level of the organization's business processes and systems. Specific activities may change from time to time. Analyze complex business requirements and develops effective technology solutions. Acquire deep business domain expertise, as needed. Work with project teams, lines of business and other IT resources to analyze and develop technology solutions to satisfy business needs. Participate in the development and evaluation of Requests for Information and Requests for Proposal. Provide technical leadership and convince others of the soundness of a technical approach. Experience in Configuration management for SAP FICO modules GL/AP/FA/AR/PC Research and debug complex technical problems. Stay current with emerging technologies, their strengths and weaknesses and their application to business solutions.
