Contract to Hire Compact A+ Certified Field Technician Need - 5 Years Experience Position includes an hourly rate plus expenses ( Mileage,Cell phone allowance, parking, tolls, etc. ) Company requires passing a 7 year criminal background, driving background and drug test. Field Tech Requirements: Must have A+ certification. Printer Break/Fix experience highly desired Any other certifications a big plus Good communication and administrative skills required. Hands on printer and POS ( point of sale ) break/fix experience a big plus Must live in the service area Must have reliable transportation Must have a working Cell phone Must have strong writing and math skills Must have reliable transportation Responsible for performing on-site or in-house servicing, repair, and installations. Provides technical support in activities associated with the identification, parameterization, and resolution of reported problems. Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up. Performs general maintenance, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems. Utilizes experience and understanding of IS environment. Prepares progress reports for work performed.
