Federal HR Support Specialists
YRCI, a leader in performance based management consulting and professional services to public and private sector clients, continues to grow at a rapid pace. Openings now exist across YRCI business units including the Human Capital and Acquisition Management support areas. A government agency with offices in Boulder, CO is seeking to fill multiple full-time positions to provide onsite HR support. The period of performance for this contract is approximately four (4) months, with the possibility of extension. These individuals will perform the following duties: Payroll Specialist Duties include but not limited to: · Expertise and analytical experience supporting Federal Payroll Operations · Experienced with redesigning business processes to support organizational and/or operational changes in a payroll environment · Experienced in retirement case management, debt collection, resolution of complex pay problems and processing of complicated back pay cases · Serves as the Subject Matter Expert in all payroll transactions · Corrects errors that have resulted in erroneous payment · Resolves challenging payroll problems Requirements: · Individual must have at least 5 years of functional expertise and analytical experience supporting Federal Payroll Operations including experience with redesigning business processes to support organizational and/or operational changes in a payroll environment · Must be knowledgeable in automated hiring, National Finance Center (NFC) NFC Processing Specialist Duties include but not limited to: · Experienced in producing data files for National Finance Center (NFC) processing via front end system interface (FESI) submissions · Create, testing and submitting the FESI files submission to NFC for award submissions as well as annual award/rating process and ePledge submission · Corrects errors that have resulted in erroneous payment Requirements: · Individual must have at least 3 years of experience producing data files for NFC processing via front end system interface submissions · Must be proficient with MS Access As an employee of YRCI working full time on a contract assignment to one of our clients, you are eligible for an attractive benefits package.
