Our corporate headquarters is in Flower Mound, Texas and we invite you to visit us at www.njassociates.com.   NJ & Associates, Inc., is currently seeking Property Loss Control Consultants to conduct insurance evaluations for mid and large size risks with the greatest degree of technical difficulty showing sound loss control principles. Consultants ensure that recommendations are well designed and directed toward reducing or eliminating loss exposures; making corrective measures, suggestions and recommending proper control measures.   A Bachelor's degree in a related field and professional designation is preferred (CFPS, CSP, ARM, PE). Not less than 5 years of property experience. Excellent analytical, project management and influencing skills. Knowledge of insurance and the ability to identify and control risk. A CFPS designation is necessary for most accounts. Basic knowledge of underwriting and product management skills. Knowledge of commerical lines insurance coverage particularly Property coverage, engineering principles and Loss Prevention Concepts, Safety standards and codes (i.e. OSHA, DOT, EPA, NFPA, etc.)
