Job Title: Graphic Design Production Artist – UGG Australia Retail Location: Goleta, CA Summary: Responsible for the design and execution of retail related graphics and collateral. Main Responsibilities: o Retail: o Graphic resizing for all domestic Concept and Outlet stores. o Graphic resizing for all international Concept and Outlet stores. o Design and layout of all in-store promotional graphics for domestic Concept and Outlet stores. o Conception, design and execution of seasonal Retail Binders; domestic and international. o Design and layout for all Co-op Advertising. o Brand Graphics: o Graphic resizing for all brand showrooms (4 total). o Graphic resizing for Corporate offices. o Graphic resizing for Shop-in-Shop and Point-of-Purchase programs. o Graphic resizing for tradeshows. o Photo Re-touching; image extension, and color correction. Education/Experience/Requirements: o Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. o Minimum of 4 years related experience. o Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. o Proficient primarily in Photoshop – emphasis on photo re-touching. o Exceptional attention to detail. o Excellent project management and organizational skills. o Excellent problem solving abilities. o Pro-active and a team player. o Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. o Ability to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions from management and other employees of the organization. o Global business knowledge with cross culture agility. o Knowledgeable in current design and fashion trends. o Works well with vendors.
