The details of the openings are:- Opening # 1 Location : Oakbrook, IL We are looking for Web Trends/Google Analytics with experience on:- The Web Trends/Google Analytics Administrator will function as a high level technician working on configuring and implementing WebTrends and Google Analytics web analytics for numerous internal and external facing web sites. This individual must have a thorough understanding and experience with web analytics, analysis, measurements, data tagging, running reports, and hands on experience with both WebTrends and Google Analytics. Individual will work in a variety of roles,able to effectively multitask, trouble shoot and solve web analytics issues. Individual will interface with team members and customers to assist in the implementation of web analytics and will deliver reports to clients on an ongoing basis. Individual will be the central point of contact/Subject Matter Expert for web analytics. Further detailed responsibilities are below: This individual will be responsible for generating reports from external and internal data sources, creating actionable trend information, and ensuring that internal constituents have the information necessary to make informed business, marketing, and product decisions. Day-to-day management of Web Analysts to ensure tracking, reporting, and analytics are functioning optimally; Educate the company as a whole regarding Web metrics - ranging from terminology standardization to the impact of user behavior on key conversion and revenue factors; Analyze web site performance and trends, and click stream path analysis activity; Conduct Ad-Hoc Traffic Analysis of key areas of the site; Develop and evolve monthly Web Traffic Reports; Participate in the design and site flow to make sure that all metrics are built into the system; Working with product to optimize features and functionality around usage, page yield and relevance and to set benchmarks and establish analytics for key performance criteria
