Business Analyst with good IT Project Management skills required for an initial 6 month contract based in Southern Ireland. As the Business Analysts you will be required to serve as the direct liaison to functional process owners in order to translate and prioritise requirements for assigned area project and maintenance work. Be responsible for translating high-level business requirements on multiple, complex applications into detailed functional specifications and if necessary, for managing requests for changes to the specifications. Assist the business in developing technical strategy, determining which business requirements can and should be automated, and defining how to integrate with other business and technical processes. Leverage breadth and depth of IT solutions knowledge to serve as technical strategist. Maintain a functional peer relationships and detailed working knowledge of the assigned area's systems, organisation, and business processes" Experience required for this role: 5-10 years experience in Business Analysis / Project Management in a corporate environment, particularly in an IT context. * Proven analytical skills in an IT software development environment * Broad understanding of business, business technology and business applications * Strong negotiation, presentation, facilitation & communication skills * Project Leadership skills * Ability to work independently and take responsibility for delivery of client requirements.
