Our client are a leading international energy provider based in the West End of London are looking for a qualified and experienced multi media designer to work within their busy Communications Team � Create print and digital advertising on a daily basis based on Branding Guidelines to highest quality and on a tight deadline. � Assist in websites quality assurance, maintenance and upgrade with knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS and MySQL. � Meet and agree Team Leader�s expectation at start of a project. � Review and approve supplied online and offline materials as per Branding Guidelines. � Provide clear and regular updates on production workflow. � Developing design briefs for multimedia projects by gathering information and data through research. � Working with a wide range of media, including photography, mobile development and web. � Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work. � Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media (particularly design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Xcode). � Manage and develop interactive design projects. � Suggest on how the department can evolve and deliver, minimising cost and maximising ROI. � Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously with aggressive deadlines. � Managing updates of IOS applications. � Managing online marketing tool and its related database. � Designing presentation for internal and external use. � Be a brand guardian and champion � Manage and maintain all digital assets. You will also manage multimedia projects and provide the lead on multimedia technology and deliverables within the team. Required Skills Education � Bachelor�s Degree in Graphic Design or related Experience � 2+ years experience in corporate design environment preferably as an in-house designer Skills You will be great at problem solving and able to work both on your own and as a key part of employment branding and attraction team and have a profound knowledge about development in the world of print and digital media. � Expert in Mac based operating system � Have a thorough understanding of production cycle and print processes � Knowledge of programming languages: PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript � Expert in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, MS Office � High level of attention to detail and accuracy � Ability to preform well under pressure and tight deadlines � Ability to innovate within the branding guidelines � A team player, attentive to team spirit � Experience in recruitment industry is a plus � Knowledge in Xcode is a plus � Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, graphical)
