Overall scope of this position includes planning and administering major portions of the implementation and engineering effort including: Assisting with establishing data governance standards model to serve the business that meets the R.E.A.D. principle. Executing and monitoring the day-to-day storage activities. Monitoring key metrics for performance, stability and system health Partner with the Business to identify scalable workflow automation opportunities Managing key vendor relationships Assist in monitoring and evaluating storage technology trends to gain cost effective scalable leverage with our platform Simplify Complexity 6 to 8 years experience implementing storage technology solutions with emphasis on NetApp Solutions SAN, Exchange Databases (Oracle, SQL), DR/BC , Compliance of Grid Computing Strong knowledge of RAID, Fiber Channel, SCSI, DLT In-depth knowledge of windows, Unix and/or System Administration skills on products such as NetApp, SUN, HP, IBM, EMC Prior experience including assisting in strategic and tactical planning for data management and delivery systems Broad exposure to a variety of technologies/concepts in a distributed environment Experience in project managing storage solutions Excellent analytical/problem solving abilities Clear and concise communication and documentation skills Ayan 770-573-0595 ayan@primussoft.com
