My client a global leader in their business field requires a Desktop Analyst to join the team on a 1 month contract. The successful Desktop Analyst / Desktop Engineer / Deskside Analyst / Second Line Analyst / 2nd Line Analyst will have experience with supporting users on a face to face basis with all technical related issues. Key technical experience for this position will be AD, Exchange, Microsoft Office, Windows XP / 7. There is a technical service desk in place but all issues will be escalated on from the service desk and require face to face desk side visits. The ideal candidate will have worked within a structured IT department in a professional service organisation. You must be able to interview either on Thursday 26th July or Friday 27th July with a start date of Monday 30th July.
