ABOUT INSTITUTIONAL DESIGN Institutional Design serves the need of businesses to have confident, decisive Boards, and focused decision-making. ABOUT THE ROLE The responsibilities of the analyst role include: • Company research including the review of annual reports re corporate governance and risk management policies; • Industry research including the review of market intelligence and journals related to the extractive industries; • Benchmarking and analysis including the use of modelling techniques; • Coordination of pitches for medium to large-cap prospect clients; • Drafting of presentations for both internal and external engagement; and • Administration including the maintenance of the sales and marketing and market intelligence lists. Requirements: We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has recently completed an undergraduate degree in one of the following disciplines: business administration, commerce, law or engineering although we can also accept applications from students from other programmes who can demonstrate a good academic record. This opportunity presents an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in this area. Initially a short term part-time contract, there is the possibility of this becoming a permanent position, and candidates should also demonstrate the following qualities: • Excellent writing and analytical skills; • Project management skills; • Excellent interpersonal skills; • Strong organizational skills; • Proven work ethic and a high level of diligence and integrity.
