Counsel On Call seeks a senior litigation attorney to work onsite with a corporate law department in downtown Boston. This is a long-term contract position.   Requirements include the following: Minimum 10 years of litigation experience from a top law firm Extensive experience drafting legal memoranda and briefs Securities and complex litigation management experience a plus Prior experience managing a team of attorneys, discovery teams a plus Excellent organizational and project/process management skills Ability to self-direct projects Admission to the Massachusetts Bar Graduate of a top 50 law school   Based on the volume of potential applicants we receive, we respectfully we request no calls please.
