Interim HR Advisor – 6 MONTH ASSIGNMENT £25,000 - £30,000 (Depending on Skills and Experience) Location:Nottinghamshire A major Midlands blue chip employer seeks a HR Advisor to support a busy and large workforce. This is an excellent organisation with which to build your career and gain experience in a wide range of areas which will be both challenging and varied. This is a meaty role, with a lot to get your teeth stuck into! HR ADVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Advise managers on policies and procedures, employment legislation and terms and conditions Guide and assist managers on the development and implementation of staff recruitment and retention strategies · Advise and assist within employee relations, attendance / sickness, absence, maternity, performance management · Manage recruitment and selection Work with the rest of the HR team in the delivery of HR services Assisting in the creation of procedures, policies and practices To assist in the delivery of HR initiatives You will have a minimum of two years HR experience which will include significant advisory experience and you will have worked closely with line managers, and understand operational requirements.
