The CRM Support Analyst will work with users across business units in WHG to execute on the CRM program initiatives to design, build, and implement processes and solutions that will drive business growth, and improve franchisee relationship and satisfaction. The role will support Salesforce.com configuration, coding and resolve information / data quality needs while managing projects. This support may include issue triage and resolution, knowledge and training documentation, and trending/analysis of support issues. Position may also participate in the planning, executing and deployment of future CRM projects. A cross functional, hands on role with no direct reports at this time. 5 Key Questions for Candidate Screening Have you worked with databases, done data analysis? Do you have experience with gathering business requirements and working with technical developers? (at least two years) Have you worked with Salesforce.com configuration, Apex or Visualforce coding, CRM tools? how many years? Do you have experience working with business intelligence tools? what are they? (atleast two) Experience with writing reports? what was the customer base? Have you worked in big projects with multiple teams?
