Recruiting Sourcers Our client in Marlboro, MA is in need of three Recruiting Sourcers. These are contract/temporary positions for approximately 10 weeks. Responsibilities include: Utilizing innovative sourcing methods to find sales candidates/mobile consultants nationwide Responsible for pre-screening candidates over the phone Pass on qualified candidates' resumes to recruiters Update recruiters and management on progress of open jobs and numbers of qualified candidates Utilize Excel to track candidate information and data Utilize Taleo Applicant Tracking System High-volume recruitment Job Requirements Must have 3-5+ years sourcing / recruiting experience Must be proficient/intermediate level with Microsoft Excel Must have experience pre-screening candidates over the phone Must be flexible on schedule as these positions are nationwide Must be comfortable in a very fast-paced environment Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check Bachelors Degree preferred Additional Information 10 Week contract opportunity Must be flexible with hours Pay: $20-$30/hr bXBhdWwuMzM4MzAuMjcyM0B0aGVkYXZpc2NvbXBhbmllcy5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20
