Produce high quality documentation (e.g. Document design, code, and processes to ensure reuse / succession of ownership). Communicate status (e.g. report on progress against technical plan; timely escalation of issues and risks). Able to lead a team of developers and report to PM Transfer knowledge to support teams (e.g. conduct or participate in knowledge transfer meetings; provide relevant documentation; address ad-hoc questions on ongoing basis)
