I am looking for a web developer to put together a website that will allow users to upload a single photo to a website without registering. Here is some more information. The purpose of the website is for the user to upload a photo that will have a black box drawn on it. For example, if a user uploads a photo of a face, they should be able to put a black box over their face and a black box over something else in the photo. Then, after the photo is uploaded, it will be displayed on the homepage randomly. Each time the homepage is accessed a new photo will display. The user should be able to view different photos by clicking next or back. There should also be a counter of the total photos uploaded in the top right. See attached photos.
