A hospital mistreated and made a mistake with a patient, along with possible abuse. 4 hours were caught on tape. It is in the middle of an investigation and I have to narrow down the footage into a shorter version and would like to show captions in a very clean easy-to-understand format that can be put on dvds or put on youtube. We have already reduced it to 50 minutes with captions but it doesn't look real professional. We are looking for someone that can use their own judgement on what the authorities would like to see and skip over the nonsense stuff they wouldn't care about.
