I require a monthly/retainer provider who excels at excel - not just intermediate but an expert who can work with formulas/macros, create new charts/tables and work with data in a way that gives me the information I need. I want someone to a, enter all data including customer sales which come in the form of trade customers and online customers on to an already compiled database and b, work on new projects which requires providing me with easy to view information on our best customers and those that spend the most money with us, but also keeping tabs on all individual customer spend on a monthly basis by compiling/using the data in various ways inc charts/graphs and potentially including products ordered so at the click of a button I can see who spends money on which products which allows for targeted marketing. If you can also suggest ways of improving on our current spreadsheets at the same time this will be welcomed. You have to be efficient and provide full communication and provide work quickly and to deadlines. You also have to have some 5 star reviews on Elance already. Ideally I want a small team or individual who I can communicate with directly but I'm open to a company at the same time as it's all about results. I would need direct Skype access to the chosen person or project manager. I am willing to pay $5-$6 per hour for the right person which could improve over time. I've been using the same person for 1 and a half years now but they have recently become inefficient and unprofessional so I'm looking to replace that person. Generally it takes around 19 hours per month to do the basic data entry work and keep the database spreadsheet up to date and also filling in the product sales chart we have. But with extra work mentioned above it will then increase the monthly requirement so there is long term work for the right person or company. Please provide examples of spreadsheets/graphs/charts you've created in excel and explain what's unique/special/expert about them.
