E-COMMERCE PROGRAM DIRECTOR REQUIREMENT #12-00469 RECRUITER: BRIDGET BURNS JOB LOCATION: PHILADELPHIA, PA JULY 25, 2012 Project Description: Client is looking for an E-Commerce Program Director with the following: - This person must be the best when it comes to program management; this means extremely organized, extremely good memory, solid relational skills, ability to write/communicate at an executive level (including PowerPoint, status reports, Excel reports, etc.), ability to take a lot of information and make a plan out of it, personable, ability to focus on more than 1 task, easy going, etc. - This person must have experience in Agile Methodology. - E-Commerce experience is a nice-to-have, but customer-focused online experience is a must. Must also demonstrate understanding of business goals and usability online, and an understanding of technical implementation is a nice-to-have. - This person must be a leader; this means they’re analytical, they can think on their feet, they can be creative, they can work independently, and they can work with multiple teams to drive toward a common goal. - This person must have a presence.
