VoIp Engineer with Cisco Call Manager (3 months Contract)
3 Months contract VoIp Engineer with Cisco Call Manager Interfaces with client, implementation managers, vendors, Operations, other engineering teams and account team members to gather requirements as new projects are introduced and serves as the primary Voice Engineering contact in support of company Managed IP Telephony / Unified Communications Services. Serves as the primary/ Lead Voice Engineering contact for a dedicated client engagement. Requires advanced technical knowledge and programming skills related to CISCO IP Telephony Call Manager. Capable of developing total technical network solution. Persons in this position will determine feasibility of technical solutions; will assist in the root cause determination of network and related problems. Able to solve complex technical problems, including those which require research and/or extensive analysis in order to resolve. Advanced knowledge in the area of networking and Cisco UC equipment configuration. Complete understanding of voice/data networking. Advanced knowledge of networking protocols (e.g. H.323, SIP, etc), and topologies is required. Strong client interfacing skills. Technically proficient in the area of voice networking and Cisco IPT equipment configuration, specifically: (Cisco Unified Call Manager) (Voice mail), CME (Call Manager Express) Presence and CER (Cisco Emergency Responder). Possesses strong analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root cause, and suggest correct actions. Cisco Certifications Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor to enable communication at all levels.
