Trade Marketing Manager Basingstoke £40k - £50k p.a. pro rata Maternity cover contract for 9 months Candidate must have relevant University degree or equivalent. Substantial trade marketing/marketing communications experience in the B2B high tech Industry. Substantial experience in working in a Marketing Team within Europe. To implement the marketing strategy/plan for in Europe. Working collectively with the sales team in front of the channel partners and the market place to achieve the business objectives including net sales and profit budgets. Accountabilities: Implement the annual European marketing strategy/plan. Develop regional and country action plan and executing it. Communicate price lists, promotions, product information to relevant dealers/integrators ensuring understanding and familiarity. Organise and execute local events and tradeshows. Manage co-op marketing fund budget to achieve best possible ROI supported by Channel Account Managers. Accountable for sign off of marketing activities. Communicate the market/product trends in a structured manner to their management. Competitor benchmark (promotions/price etc.) Responsibilities: Managing the product sales forecast. Supporting the sales team with marketing implementation and execution plan to achieve the net sales budget. In collaboration with Channel Account Managers implement marketing plan and promotions with relevant channel customers. In collaboration with Channel Account Managers implement relevant Channel programme. Visit and plan marketing activities with key customer in collaboration with account managers. Special bid management for account Managers and submission for final approval with relevant management.
