The client requires a senior candidate with the following skill/ experience set: - Private Banking experience in a support role or a hands-on client-facing role - Broad knowledge of operational processes associated with the client journey, e.g. client due diligence (KYC/AML), categorisation as professional, account opening, payments, asset transfers in/out, trade capture, trade booking, trade confirmation, settlement, asset servicing, client reporting, performance reporting - Broad knowledge of the sales process, e.g. suitability and appropriateness, cross-border, etc. - Good, commercial understanding of core asset classes such as fixed income and equities and aptitude to quickly learn about new services and products - Project and stakeholder management skills demonstrated through coordination of complex deals/transactions facing senior individuals in the Sales, Legal, Compliance, Credit Risk and Operations teams - Track record of improvements to client experience - Understanding of client/prospect data structures and processes to maintain data quality high Please send me your updated CV if you meet the above criteria and are interested in the role on offer.
