Our client requires a Logistics Sales Co-ordinator for a 6-12 month contract position with the look to going permanent, based in Ashby, Leicestershire. Job Description Management and administration of the data flow between the BDM sales team, the Logistics department, Senior Management team and customer base Provision of administrative support to the Head of Sales, Parts & Services, Head of Industrial Parts Sales and the Business Development Managers, expediting internal customers ie. Logistics, SAMs, CSMs, Project Managers etc. Consolidation and issue of internal management reports for team members and senior management Administration of internal sales databases including CRM, Significant Opportunities and Customer Outage & Workscopes Consolidation and SAP in-putting of tender win/loss analysis data Consolidation of pre-qualification & Tender documentation for onward submission to customers Administration of the Customer Satisfaction process, including issue to clients, expediting responses, subsequent issue to internal customers and close out feedback to BDMs Administration of external sales & marketing literature to customer base Requisitioning of corporate gifts and mail-shots and organisation of customer entertainment Assistance with drawing and data retrieval for BDM use.
