This is an entry level contract position with 1 to 2 years technical experience and a great opportunity for full-time hire. As a junior member of a team of Engineers, you will use your knowledge of networks and your strong communications skills to assist customers.  Minimum Requirements 1-2 years experience working in a technical field Vendor certification or demonstrable in-depth technical expertise in Windows environment and systems management solutions Experience working with small teams Knowledge of Windows-based network, networking devices such as, routers, switches, and VPN Working knowledge of networking, client/server, and web-based technologies Must have strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) Excellent verbal communication and writing skills Ability to interact confidently with all levels of technical and management client teams Disciplined and self-motivated to perform with minimal supervision   Responsibilities Monitor customer network environments at retail locations who use our managed security services Assist engineers in implementing systems at customer facilities Support production implementations and roll outs with client business units; and ensure project deliverables are successfully achieved. Support existing customers in solving problems over the phone Education B.S. in Information Technology or Computer Science
