But in an effort to compare apples to apples I will provide what goes into my typical set. Upon award, I will provide a sketch of the floor plans and elevations and a previously approved set of plans from the same city as a go by. I would also like to see an example of previous residential work! The set / quote should include and only include, Floor Plans Slab interface plan Exterior Elevations interior elevations of the cabinetry two building sections Utility plan (electrical) I do not need an architect to do the plans, an intermediate to senior level architectural draftsman can create this plans.
